Junior – Accountant Payables

As a Junior Accountant Payable you will be responsible for the reporting of the General Ledger accounts relating to banking and receivables, and the reporting of collections at stores and dealers. Your Key Accountabilities will be as following:Ensuring all invoices entered in the AP module on timeInvoices correctly mapped against the relevant purchase ordered and accounting coding is as per P0 and time period.Ensures invoices supporting documentation is scanned and entered in the ERP systemEnsure invoice is correctly attached to relevant voucher.Ensuring all invoices entered in the AP module on time.Invoices correctly mapped against the relevant accounting coding is as per controlling team.Ensures invoices supporting documentation is scanned and entered in the ERP systemEnsure the approval on place.Petty Cash and voucher handling for the stores.Update the Petty cash and send for review to the line ManagerRun the reports upon request from line managerFilling the individual expense form claim.Attending Internal Queries with regards to invoices.
