E-Commerce Support Specialist

Job Purpose:End to end support towards integration of payment Gateway services with merchants for Omannet, CybserSource and MasterCard payment Service. Establishing relationship with existing and new government merchants to increase the acquiring market share and provide best service to our merchant partners.Key Tasks and Duties:• In-depth market awareness of online gateway services. • End to End support towards integration of Payment Gateway services with Merchants for Unified Checkout, ONET, MPGS and Cybersource.• Provide on-going support and problem resolution for merchants.• Responsible for setting up & reviewing merchant’s portal and APP Services. • End to end training to merchants on ONET, MPGS and Cybersource portal access. • Onboarding of Merchants in UAT and Production environment for, ONET, MPGS and Cybersorce. • End to end technical support to merchants in UAT and Production environment. • End to end operational support to merchants managing any additional features on the payment gateway. • E-Commerce Card acceptance and fraud awareness training to merchants.• Monitoring of merchant’s website and APP to ensure the product and services offered by the merchant are as per the agreement. • End to End support on all application testing, UATs, Compliance Upgrade, Enhancements.• Introduction of new online payment options that will benefit the bank. • Enhance the merchant acquiring business by offering value added services in addition to the traditional acceptance services such as EPP, Loyalty, Discounts and other related services which add benefit to merchants.• Successful implementation of merchant promotion and strategic initiatives to the acceptance community.• Support the merchant partners with information, tools, and best practices.• Development and implementation of a merchant sales coverage plan.• Monthly screening of high-risk merchants and zero sale merchant and provide adequate support to mitigate risk and removal of zero sale terminals.
