This Graduate Instrumentation Engineer position is designed for early-career professionals—whether fresh graduates or those with up to one year of experience—to cultivate foundational skills under expert guidance. The role encompasses hands-on application of engineering principles, industry regulations, and project execution methodologies, with responsibilities spanning data analysis, technical documentation, design reviews, and peer assessments. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist in diagnosing technical challenges, proposing viable solutions, and advising senior engineers to enhance project outcomes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to uphold project scope, adhere to timelines, and meet quality benchmarks.
The position also offers exposure to procurement processes, including drafting material specifications, evaluating vendor documentation, and supporting bid assessments. On-site involvement may include construction oversight, commissioning assistance, and operational support, fostering a well-rounded engineering experience. Strong interpersonal and professional relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and suppliers will be pivotal, alongside a steadfast commitment to health, safety, environmental (HSE), and quality compliance. The role further encourages participation in continuous improvement initiatives, adherence to industry best practices, and structured skill development within a supportive learning framework.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Instrumentation or a closely related field) is required, with 0–1 years of relevant experience—open to enthusiastic graduates. Proficiency in fundamental engineering standards, codes, and industry practices is expected, along with competency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
