Head of Operations- Oman Minerals Trading Company OMTC
Reports to : Managing Director
Work Base: Salalah, Sultanate of Oman.

Role Summary:
Lead the end-to-end post sales operations of gypsum and chromite export to ensure smooth and effective delivery of products to international clients ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with OMTC sales and finance teams to ensure timely and smooth delivery of products to customers.
• Interact with customers to ensure all their valid requirements for the delivery of material are met.
• Ensure all documentation is done for smooth shipments and receiving of the same by customers at their ports.
• Enable the team and coordinate with other departments in OMTC to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with mining companies, ports, and shipping companies to lead the transportation and shipment of minerals.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and documentation requirements.
• Resolve any logistical issues that may arise during the transportation process.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering etc.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in operations, preferably mining or commodities sector.
• Strong people management skills.
• Should have managed teams
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
